Shipping Policy

Fitness Jock delivers and ships all merchandise it sells for a fee.

In stock items will ship within 72 hours, exclusive of weekends or holidays. If an item is not in stock, you will be notified as to the approximate shipping and delivery date and, if requested, such information will be provided before ordering.

Our delivery routes are run weekly and sometimes even daily in each of our delivery territory. If you have a special times request, please let us know beforehand and we will try to accommodate you.

First stop, last stop, midday, and Saturday. We do not deliver on Sundays. If you need a Sunday delivery we will try and fulfill your request, however, there will be a premium charge for such a service. If only part of your order is available and you prefer partial shipment we can accommodate you. Charges will apply for each delivery. Since charges are subject to change please consult with your sales person for exact fees. If you need a call before we are at your location we will be happy to call you 1,2, or 3 hours in advance.

Our delivery teams begin preparing your order for delivery 72 hours prior to your scheduled delivery date. Confirmed deliveries canceled by customer within 72 hours of a scheduled delivery date are subject to a reschedule delivery date fee of $150. Payment will be required prior to rescheduling a new delivery date.
